The people behind fifteen years of stories, craft and collaboration

To celebrate Gemmyo’s 15th anniversary, discover a series of fifteen portraits dedicated to those who have shaped the brand’s history, directly or indirectly, over the years. Employees, partners, artisans, and inspiring figures: each, in their own way, has helped Gemmyo evolve and shape its story.

To kick off this anniversary series, what could be more fitting than returning to Gemmyo’s very foundations: the origins of a somewhat daring project, conceived by two individuals brimming with dreams and ambition.

As you may have guessed, we’re talking about Pauline Laigneau and Charif Debs, the two founders who, from day one, believed in their dream, championed their vision, and together brought to life an independent jewelry house guided by purpose.

We begin with the first portrait in a series of 15 marking Gemmyo’s 15th anniversary, conceived as a journey through the House’s history.

On the Other Side of the Microphone

To accompany this first profile and celebrate this anniversary, Pauline Laigneau and Charif Debs also agreed to take part in a unique experiment: stepping over to the other side of the microphone.

In a special episode of the podcast, the two founders look back on their journey, the early days of Gemmyo, and their vision, which continues to guide the company fifteen years later. A sincere and spontaneous conversation led by journalist and host Ariel Wizman.
